About our 3D Printed Products
What material are the products made out of?
Our products are made from Eco-Friendly PLA filament. PLA stands for Polylactic Acid, which is a biodegradable thermoplastic polyester derived from renewable resources such as corn starch or sugarcane. It's one of the most commonly used materials in 3D printing due to its ease of use, low cost, and environmental friendliness.
Why can I see lines in my product?
3D printed toys are built layer by layer, which can affect the strength, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy of the final product. Understanding the layering process is crucial for optimizing print settings and achieving desired outcomes. At MrSpinner we take pride in the work we do to provide the highest quality products. Rather than seeing the minor imperfections or layer lines as a defect, we like to think this adds uniqueness to your product.
Who designs the products you sell?
Some of our designs are MrSpinner originals, but most are printed from licensed designs by talented creators like Zou3D, MatMireMakes, FlexiFactory, Swah3D, OriginalToys3D, Printverse, and Saber3D, credited in each product description. While we license these designs, our team selects the colors, sizes, and materials, ensuring high quality and durability in every product we make.
Product Care
Warping/ Softening
Limit exposure to high heat. Do not put 3D printed products in the dishwasher or leave in direct sunlight in high temperature areas (for example, a hot car in the summer). The plastic used to make your product is not designed to withstand high temperatures and doing so may cause it to warp or soften.
Breaking
Some articulated products have delicate joints that can break easily and must be handled with care. Avoid dropping from heights or on hard surfaces. This may cause some parts to break off. For this reason, articulated products are not suitable for young children.
Shipping
We offer reliable shipping options to get your order to you quickly and safely. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via USPS Ground or Fed Ex 2-Day. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. For international orders, please note that additional customs fees or taxes may apply. If you have any questions about shipping, feel free to contact us!

Returns
At MrSpinner, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return items. Please review our return policy below to make sure your purchases meet the criteria for a return.
We accept returns for the following reasons:
- Item(s) arrived damaged or defective.
- Incorrect item(s) shipped.
You may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

A monthly subscription where you receive a box of 3D-printed toys valued at $30+ for just $25/month, with free shipping.
2. How does it work?
- First Box: Ships within 2 business days of subscribing.
- Billing: $25 is charged monthly on your subscription date.
- Monthly Delivery: A new box arrives every month! Toy Box is shipped out within 2 days of each monthly subscription payment.
3. Can I customize my box?
Each box is pre-curated with a variety of toys. Customization is not available at this time.
4. How do I pause, cancel, or update my subscription?
Log in to your account to manage your subscription. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
5. Is shipping included?
Yes, shipping is free with your subscription!
6. What if my box is damaged or lost?
Contact us at admin@mrspinner.com within 7 days for assistance.
7. Can I return part of my subscription box if I don't like something?
No, the subscription box is treated as 1 product. You cannot return or exchange part of the box. We will always do our best to provide a variety of products in our subscription box, and always welcome feedback from customers. As with all of our orders, if something arrives damaged, please let us know within 7 days.
8. Can I gift a subscription?
Yes, simply enter the recipient’s address during checkout.

Quality Assurance
At MrSpinner we have created a 75-point inspection process to test material and printer settings covering the features and components found in the designs we print.
The tests are completed monthly or whenever new settings or materials are used.
We test the surface finish vertically, horizontal, and sloped. Strength is tested vertically and horizontally.
Tools used for testing include digital portable surface tester (KR110) and digital force gauge push and pull (ZMF-500n).
